Weekly Weight Tracker

Great week this week, much more where I want to be. Just shows the value of adding in some gentle strength exercises alongside the running. Only takes a few simple added exercises like press-ups, crunches and pull-ups to make a huge difference, maybe just 15 mins per day. Means you are working your whole body, not just the legs and cardio-vascular system. The hard thing will be keeping it up when I'm on holiday next week. There will be temptation enough.
