Wow, it's crazy just how disciplined you need to be to keep your weight in check. I've finally got my weight back down to under 10 st so feeling really good. But yesterday was a hungry day and I had a 'chocolate' cereal bar and some cheese on toast and now I'm almost back to 10. Not quite but a close thing. OK I know its only a few pounds either way but it makes all the difference through the lens. Stay strong lol
