Weekly Weight Tracker for W/C 8st April 2024


Less said about last week the better! Large spike caused by feeling a bit off and very tired. However, getting back on track after a 22km run yesterday afternoon. I've decided to adjust my target from 9st 9lbs to 9st 10lbs as it is a bit more realistic as a consistent weight. I think 9st 9 is the best weight for me for modelling shots but it is too hard to achieve permanently. There is no point having a target that is too hard to achieve - you get no sense of satisfaction from that. I'll still aim for 9/9 for shots but more in the way a boxer sheds weight before a fight, a short term dip to get results.
