Weekly Weight Tracker for W/C 22nd April 2024

Bad week! I've got a slightly different role at work which has resulted in a very busy, stressful couple of weeks. As with everyone, when I get tired and stressed I tend to over-eat. People always think eating will 'cure' tiredness, and I'm no exception in that regard. However, it's bollocks, it just makes the situation worse. It least I have a incentive now to get back 'on the game' 'lol' - going to Skegness in a couple of weeks and hoping to do a hotel shoot, solo of otherwise.
