Weekly Weight Tracker for W/C 5th February 2024
Not such a good week this one but not a disaster. Did some good mileage but also eat a bit of junk here and there. Going to up the general exercises this coming week - squats, crunches, stretches. Hope that will do the trick. Alessia xxx
